Pat Katepoo has been advising career women on negotiating flexible work and higher pay since the mid-1990s at WorkOption.com.  She now concentrates on being a salary coach for dietitians. Pat is also the founder of Pay Raise Prep School where women get ready to ask for more money with rock-solid confidence so they can finally get the salary they deserve. She spoke on this topic at FNCE in Boston in 2016. Pat is a former RDN, having worked in the field for more than 20 years of her career. Her passion now is to equip dietitians and other professionals to negotiate their best raise ever.
